I'm not really sure of a way to test if hotspot usage is being used. Although, hotspot data is usually limited from 20gb to 10gb, so you'd run out rather quickly depending on how aggressively you use it. This would allow you to very quickly see if your using hotspot data or TTL mangling has worked ...

Made this script a few months ago for the purpose of changing my TTL values on the fly.
This script will work for ANYONE on Windows 7, 8, 10 or 11.

Script can be used for the purpose of 'hiding' hotspot usage on most major US carriers. (Verizon, AT&T & T-Mobile)

Run as ADMIN and follow prompts ...

I tried many things, including:
-- Three different AT&T network providers and plans, using multiple APNs
-- Tried Verizon and T-Mobile network plans, and had no problems, confirming the issue was AT&T (but signal strength wasn't strong enough on those to stick with them)
